I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 through Lenovo Canada when I purchased my new laptop. When I try to download Office it says it is not associated with my account. Getting frustrated and can't seem to find a number to call for assistance with the install. I don't even know if I should be trying to call Lenovo or Microsoft. I did not get a product key so have to install through my account.
